About the Role

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO and executive team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that blends strategy, operations, communications, and execution . You’ll help drive the company’s most important priorities and play a key role in aligning teams around bold, clear goals.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic operator with consulting or startup experience to work at the center of leadership and scale.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CEO to define, prioritize, and lead strategic initiatives
• Build dashboards and models that support executive decision-making
• Translate strategy into execution across cross-functional teams
• Lead special projects across departments (Sales, Tech, Finance, HR)
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and internal briefings
• Act as a thought partner on communications and company-wide alignment
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor insights, and AI innovations

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in strategy, consulting, operations, or executive support roles
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent business/technical experience
• Exceptional communicator—both written and verbal
• Analytical, organized, and outcomes-focused
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong ownership and autonomy
• Passionate about emerging technologies and AI trends
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship at this time)
