Duties & responsibilities: Lead resolution of complex tier 1 queries and assist with tier 2 issues related to core HR processes. Oversee data integrity in the Workday platform, ensuring accurate documentation of employee life cycle events such as promotions, transfers, contract extensions, and other job changes. Develop and implement communication strategies for processes, policies, and relevant documentation to employees, enhancing the query resolution process. Set and maintain high standards for meeting and exceeding agreed-upon KPIs, SLAs, and customer service benchmarks. Design and conduct quality audits on critical HR transactions processed by the team, refining the quality framework as needed. Spearhead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base for case management. Foster and manage key stakeholder relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for senior management. Key skills: Native or near-native proficiency in written and verbal communication in Polish, English, and German. Extensive professional experience in HR operations, customer service leadership, or administration within corporate structures. Proven track record of strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exemplary service-oriented attitude, with a history of implementing customer-first strategies. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR information systems. Deep understanding of HR best practices and emerging trends, with a commitment to continuous learning and development in the field. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior team members. Ability to use data to uncover opportunities for improvement and measure the success of initiatives.
