Job Title: Personal Training Manager

Location: Bethesda, MD

Type: On-site

Schedule: Full-Time

Type of Contract: Permanent

Compensation: $60,000 per year + Benefits + $1,500 monthly bonus upon hitting revenue targets

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Training Manager to lead and oversee a team of 10-15 personal trainers in a fast-paced fitness environment. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date lead pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 10-15 personal trainers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor KPIs and SOPs to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage leads and sales pipelines, ensuring trainers consistently follow up with prospects and maintain updated records.
• Conduct 1-2 weeks of hands-on training for new hires, ensuring readiness before working on the floor.
• Cultivate a culture of respect for authority, professionalism, and positive attitudes across the team.

Ideal Background:

Candidates with experience in class-based gyms such as Orange Theory, F45, or Solidcore are highly preferred. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a proven ability to lead teams, meet revenue goals, and maintain a strong commitment to customer service and team development.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fitness or similar industry.
• Strong ability to implement and monitor operational processes.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to adapt and respect organizational structures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members.

Certifications:

• Current Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (required).
• Current CPR/AED certification (required).
