Obsidian is a direct sales company based in Winnipeg, and it has proudly partnered with TELUS since 2015. We specialize in face-to-face residential and event-based sales, offering TELUS products including TV, mobility, and smart home security.

Our focus is on building people, not just making sales. We provide hands-on coaching, weekly workshops, and real entrepreneurial training, all in a fast-paced, fun, and competitive environment.

What to expect:

• Engage directly with customers in residential areas, condos, trade shows, and events
• Represent TELUS with confidence, explain products, and close sales face-to-face
• Learn and apply professional sales techniques
• Collaborate with a high-energy team and contribute to daily and weekly goals
• Participate in coaching sessions and weekly sales workshops
• Track progress and continuously improve through feedback and support

What were looking for:

• Ages 18+ and eligible to work in Canada
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive mindset and willingness to learn
• Outgoing, positive attitude with a team-first mentality
• No sales experience required — just a great work ethic and coachability
• Available to work full-time, in-person in Winnipeg
