• 担当エリアの施設および顧客に対し、製品並びに対象疾患の知識・データを適切に用いてギリアドの製品に関する適正使用情報を提供する医薬情報担当者としての職務です。
• オムニチャネル活動の推進により、担当医師の訪問頻度とカバー率などのアクティビティ目標や主要KPIを達成し、主たる施設や医師を対象に良好な関係を構築し発展させ、年次予算目標を達成することが責務となります。
• 事業本部計画に基づき、担当エリアに於ける治療上の課題を的確に捉えビジネス機会の特定を行いながら担当地区のエリアプランを策定し、上長、マーケティング部門等、関連部門との意思疎通を積極的に図り、イベント運営およびサポートを含めて担当製品の適正使用推進に繋がる活動を行うことが期待されています。
• 精算といった事務業務が含む活動報告業務、および有害事象、品質異常等の製品安全性に関わる業務を遅滞なく遂行し、いかなる場面でも社内・外の規範、或いは各省庁から求められる法令順守を徹底した上で業務を遂行することが求められます。

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

• 事業本部の方針に基づき、自律的に担当テリトリー内の優先順位を設定し、目標達成に向けて必要な活動量と面会すべき医療関係者を考え、行動計画を作成し、遂行する能力が求められます。（大学病院、基幹病院での採用活動、情報提供活動を上司の指導も得ながら、一人でも出来るレベルの能力を発揮できうるポテンシャルを有していることが望ましい。）
• テリトリーの代表者として、製品関連メッセージを伝えるだけでなく、傾聴を通じて医師や医療従事者のニーズを把握した上で、担当製品の適正使用推進に繋がる効果的な取り組みを実行することが求められます。
• 常にPatient Centricityを意識して、販売実績向上のみならずリスクにつながる情報を入手するためにも社内外の関係者とも良好なコミュニケーションをとることが求められます。
• 困難な状況に直面しても、強い意志をもってやり遂げる、またゴール達成に向けてスピーディに実行することとあわせて関係者への報告、連絡、相談を欠かさず、チームワークを常に念頭に於いて、業務を遂行することが求められます。
• 変化を主体的にリードする挑戦意欲と柔軟性をもって、デジタルアプローチ等を含むオムニチャネル活動を推進し、タイムリーで効果的な情報提供が遂行できる高度なマインドとスキルを有していることが求められます。
• 顧客の話す内容（製品・疾患・医療制度等）を理解し、解決策を提案できるだけの知識を素早く習得し、常に更新する必要があります。そのために会社の提供する研修機会を有効活用し、積極的に自己学習することが求められます。

Specific Education and Experience Requirements

• 学士号を有していること（ライフサイエンスもしくはビジネス系の専門が望ましい）。
• 最低２年間以上の製薬業界の営業経験があること。
• オンコロジー領域における業務経験またはスペシャリティ領域での業務経験があれば望ましい。
• 優良営業成績：例えば営業成績に伴う、受賞例があれば望ましい。
• MR認定資格保有（直近４年以内のMR資格保有歴があり入社後MR認定資格を更新可能な方）。
