Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operations across the property portfolio, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use assets.
• Monitor property performance, occupancy levels, maintenance standards, and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance operations, capital improvements, vendor performance, and preventative maintenance planning.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to scale operations, increase NOI, and reduce operating costs.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure properties operate in full compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Implement and manage technology platforms to streamline operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in property management operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site property portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Strong command of property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, MRI).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (MBA or similar) or CPM designation.
• Experience overseeing 1,000+ units or multiple asset classes.
• Background in both owner-operated and third-party management models.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000
