Senior Experience Designer Description

We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our team of researchers, designers and consultants at the EPAM Japan studio.

Responsibilities

• Work with the design team leads in the Asia Pacific region to align and manage design requirements across multiple markets
• Conceptualize and execute design solutions to project completion
• Produce high-quality deliverables with strong attention to detail
• Facilitate, align, and communicate expectations of stakeholders and team members

Requirements

• 5 years + of relevant professional experience working as a UX designer
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in project and team management
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, with a comprehensive understanding of design processes and methodologies
• Experience in designing for multiple screens, devices, and environments
• Deep knowledge and passion for establishing, utilizing, and governing design systems in enterprise environments
• Good understanding of the user experience and software development process
• Fluent in English and JLPT N1 or native level Japanese
